I have been shocked reading the reviews of John Gaynor or City west cars. I have been buying cars of John and recommending city west cars to friends and family for years. John is a honest hard working gentleman that has all his cars in good working order. If something goes wrong after you purchase a second hand car from John he would most definitely not know that prior to selling it you and would do upmost to help after. The problem is people buy a second hand car and think it’s new, it’s an old car and old cars give problems. With out a crystal ball how would John know what will happen exactly when you put thousands more miles on an old car. City west cars is not a recovery service, they would not have the ability to collect cars.I would trust John 100 percent buying anything from him. To refer to him in that manner is disgusting and I would challenge the honesty and reasoning behind these reviews that are toxic and totally inaccurate about city west cars and John Gaynor. Don’t hesitate buying from John Gaynor at city west cars he is a honest gentleman.

DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT CITY WEST CARS!I first bought a BMW 3 Series with very low mileage from John over 7 years ago and it was absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately, I had an accident recently and it was a write-off so I contacted John again and asked him to keep an eye out for a replacement. He came up trumps again with a lovely BMW 5 Series (also with a very low mileage). Love It!Caitrin

Had a very positive experience buying a car from John. Basically bought the car without viewing it and relied on details stated in the online ad and additional information provided by John by telephone. Pleased to say that all was in order when I travelled to Dublin to collect the car. I found John to be friendly and reliable and would definitely buy from him again.

The BEST experience of buying a car I’ve ever had. I have been lucky over the decades to drive away with several new or new to me cars. City West Cars was by far the best. From my initial enquiry, to talking to the lovely Caoimhe over the phone buying this car was a pleasure. Caoimhe and her Dad make a great team, they helped me out with paperwork and I drove away with a winner. I’ve had the car 10 months, done 20,000 km, it has never given me a minutes trouble.
